Inbound Call Blocking

Inbound call blocking helps you in blocking calls from telemarketers. A Cisco Partner or Customer Administrator can add a list of numbers from which the calls are blocked. When an incoming call is received from such numbers, the call gets disconnected immediately. (does it ring and then disconnect or does not ring at all).

Note: You can add numbers to inbound call blocking list only after the initial deployment.

Step 1: Log in the BE4000 portal.

Step 2: Click Manage Site from “Actions” menu on the dashboard

Step 3: Click Inbound Call Blocking.

Step 4: Click Add Row.

Step 5: Enter the number.
