Changing your Music on Hold audio file

By default, the standard audio file is played during call hold. You may replace the standard audio file by uploading your own custom audio file.

Procedure

Step 1: Click Actions corresponding to your site from the Dashboard.

Step 2: Click Music on Hold under Manage Site.

Step 3: Click Upload.

Step 4: Click the arrow at the bottom of the screen and click Yes to save.
